Odniesienia do OEM mają charakter wyłącznie orientacyjny i nie oznaczają, że dana część jest oryginalna od producenta maszyny. Wszystkie nasze produkty są projektowane wyłącznie w Brasovie, w Rumunii, na podstawie projektów produkcyjnych stworzonych z biegiem czasu przez nasz zespół inżynierów.
Zgodnie z normą DIN1.7131 / BS EN 10084, do produkcji naszych wyrobów używamy stali kutej SAE 52100, a w szczególności 42MoCr4 ulepszonej o 16Mn, z obróbką cieplną zapewniającą twardość ~ 56-60HRC.
Produkty ROK są produkowane we Wspólnocie Europejskiej zgodnie z normami DIN620. Tolerancje i parametry są zgodne z normami ISO76 i ISO281. Kontrola jakości jest przeprowadzana przy użyciu precyzyjnych instrumentów tnących, zgodnie z normą ISO9001.
The standard lead time is 10 working days, but it may vary depending on the requested quantity.
ROK does usually not make stocks. However, if a customer repetitively asks for the same products, we will organize a stock for those particular parts in order to shorten the delivery time as much as possible.
The period of warranty will be limited to a period of 6 (six) months. We guarantee that all the products offered for sale are under perfect operating conditions the moment they leave our warehouse. ROK does not assume any responsibility for those cases when these parts are assembled on/into faulty machinery.
ORDERING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

We request a minimum quantity of 2 pieces for launching orders into production. The prices of our products may vary depending on the requested quantities.
The standard delivery option is via TNT Economy Express which lasts from 3 to 6 days. At the customer’s request we can organize the delivery with a preferred courier chosen by him.
We ask our new customers to have the payment done in advance by bank transfer. The ordered products will be launched into production only after we receive the customer’s payment confirmation.
The transport cost will be specified on the invoice we issue, and will be fully borne by the customer.
No taxes will be added if the client’s company is registered in the European Community. However, if the client is an individual, 19% VAT of the total order value will be added to the invoice.
